Assistant Night Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Night Manager for our client, a beautiful 4* property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of the entire hotel operation during the overnight shift.
- To assure standards are being met by working closely with the associates across all the departments.
- To be the escalation point of contact for the Front Desk during the overnight shift and act as Duty Manager.
- To manage compliance with all health and safety, fire and compliance protocols ensuring guest safety.
- To respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest’s needs and adding any personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years experience in a 4* or 5* property
- Experience with use of Opera is desirable
- A hands-on approach and experience in leading and motivating teams.
