Assistant Hospitality Manager
We are currently recruiting for an assistant hospitality manager for our client. The Ideal candidate will come from a banqueting or C&B department within a hotel operation looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead hospitality of the department
Ensure guests are dealt with in a professional manner and with a high level of customer service
Ensure a high standard of presentation and cleanliness of the department
Manage site visits
Manage private events from query to execution
Facilitate special requests and VIP events
Menu development in conjunction with the Head Chef
Manage, train and develop a team of supervisors and agency employees
Ideal Candidate:
Previous hospitality management experience in an events based role would be ideal but would consider hotel/restaurant background
3rd Level Hospitality qualification desirable
Strategically focused and experienced developing a product/venue
Excellent communication skills – looking for someone with a strong personality who can deal at all levels
Exceptional people management skills and the ability to develop the team
