We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager €35k, Cork.
The ideal Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will assist the current Food and Beverage manager with effectively monitoring the operations of the Food
& Beverage Department, including support to the team to ensure smooth and efficient running of all operations and exceeding customer expectations.
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager main duties and responsibilities;
- Maintain a high level of service
- Maintain strong client and member relationships
- Responsible for each Food and Beverage outlets timely set up.
- Communicate all daily activities
- Daily/weekly reporting and reviews
- Training plan development and implementation
- Staff feedback, reviews, appraisals
- Stock management
- Carry out service briefings
- Generate new ideas for service and products
- Setting yearly objectives and goals, assist with conducting of six monthly appraisals
Assistant Food and Beverage Manager qualifications;
- 3 years’ previous Hotel and/or catering experience
- Basic First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire Awareness Training
- Previous 5 star experience is desirable
- Previous hotel operating system experience such as Opera, Micros etc
Contract: Full-time
Schedule: 7 day a week operation
