Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager Cork €35k
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Conference and Banqueting Manager for our client located in a Luxurious, 4* Hotel in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events.
- Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction.
- Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
- Monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Control Stock Levels and wastage.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1 – 2years’ experience in a similar position
- 4* or 5* experience would be a distinct advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills
